How do I schedule an appointment?
Request an appointment from our website for a time that is most convenient for your family. You will be contacted for further details regarding your child’s illness. If you have questions regarding scheduling, please text or call 269-431-0880.
What forms of payment do you accept? Can I bill my insurance?
Payments can be made with cash, check, credit card and health savings account (HSA) debit card. Payment is due at the time of service. We are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance, but do not guarantee the amount of reimbursement.
Do you provide preventative well-child care or vaccinations?
No, we serve as an alternative to urgent care visits for illness. Please continue routine care with your primary physician. We encourage you to follow standard vaccination schedule recommendations by the CDC.
Do you record my child's visit?
We use a secure electronic medical record to document your child's home visit. A copy of this visit can be forwarded to your child's primary physician.
